Gracious Moments in November

A Little Pause To Catch Our Breath & Re-Connect

Beloved Friend,

May my words find you easing yourself through the end of this 'ground-shaking' year.

The last few months have seen a great shift within the big world and our little inner world. At times, dealing with the changes has been far from easy, because they required a new level of awareness and care. What we have come to see is that we all have the courage to be comfortable in the uncomfortable. We just forget and rush to fix all that stretches us beyond what's familiar.

But what if we embraced these stretches, these moments of discomfort, as essential teachers? Could their wisdom be the invitation to grow into parts of ourselves we’ve yet to meet?

This year has reminded me of the absolute need to trust my unique path in life. It hasn’t always been straightforward and clear, and honestly, there were moments when I worried others may not been able to relate to me.  But each twist and turn has brought me to understand that our paths don’t have to make sense to anyone but us.

There’s a deep strength in facing our flaws and a quiet courage in choosing not to hide them. Instead, we find ourselves leaning into the uncomfortable, by sitting with the questions rather than rushing to find the answers.

As the year draws to a close, I encourage you to reflect on a few things:

  • Where have you surprised yourself by being stronger or braver than you thought?

  • What discomfort have you endured that later revealed itself as growth?

  • How can you honor your unique journey in the days ahead?

We are each walking our own beautiful, imperfect path, and every step—whether joyous or challenging—is taking us all back to all that we are.

As we step into a new season, let’s carry forward the lessons of this year: to trust our inner resilience and find comfort, even when things feel uncertain. Let’s move with gratitude for the growth we’ve experienced and the courage we’ve mustered.

May your path ahead be lit with grace and the steadfast reminder that you are always enough, exactly as you are.

Until next time, Antonia
